Why Join?
There are many ways that you will benefit from joining Toastmasters:-

The Tools Used
Upon joining Gavel and Glass Toastmasters Club, each new member receives a set of educational materials that includes the Basic Communication and Leadership Program manual. The manual contains a series of speech assignments that provide instruction and practice in the basic techniques of public speaking.
Upon completing the manual, each member receives a title of Competent Communicator or CC. A Competent Communicator will know how to organize and present a dynamic and effective speech.
Each member also receives The Toastmaster, a monthly magazine that offers the latest insights into speaking and leadership techniques.
