The Gavel and Glass Toastmasters Club, Located in North York Ontario, was founded in May 1955 and is still going strong! We have a diverse membership with people from different backgrounds, professions, and speaking abilities.
The goal of Toastmasters program is to improve communication and leadership skills through practice. There is no instructor; instead, each speech and meeting is critiqued by another member of the club focusing on existing strengths as well as opportunities for improvement.
